Comfortable Transformations

Hello, Have you ever suddenly noticed a transformation within yourself? Then you, like me, must of been following these steps without realizing it. I know I have undergone some personal changes during the past 18 months, which I can honestly say have led to overall wellness. I think the key is getting comfortable with ourselves, which is a big step in itself, and then all potential is possible. If you are looking to make changes within yourself, or in your life, then take in these simple words of wisdom, and watch the transformations unfold.
Thanks for visiting,
Janet :)

Wellness isn’t about deprivation
and it’s not about perfection,
It is about pointing yourself
in the direction of growth,
Training yourself to get comfortable
with your highest potential, and then
taking small steps to support that shift
It’s about showing up for yourself,
day by day, and then one day finding
that you’ve undergone a transformation....

"Life is all about Timing...
the unreachable becomes reachable
the unavailable become available
the unattainable...attainable
Have the patience, wait it out
it's all about timing."

Wisdom

Hello Everyone, I often look around the internet for some words of wisdom, a little inspiration, so today I thought I would share some of them with you. Now I have to go get ready for my grandchildren who are doing a sleep over tonight! Christa has to get a tooth pulled this afternoon :( The most important way I get ready is drinking a lot of coffee with Espresso shots! I have so much fun with them, but at the same time, taking care of two little ones at 47 is so exhausting! I don't know how women have babies at 40 and keep up with them!! Anyhow, have a great day!
Thanks for visiting my blog,
Love ya,
Janet :)

It is not how you compare to others that is important, but rather how you compare to who you were yesterday. If you've advanced even one step, then you've achieved something great

Buddhism teaches that powerful opponents can actually be our greatest allies, because they enable us to forge strength of character and develop fortitude

To commiserate with, to feel pity for, another falls short of genuine compassion. Understanding is key. People manage to draw the strength to carry on simply knowing that there is someone out there that understands them unconditionally

Resolve to be the "Sun." Then no matter what problems you may face, the dawn will always break, fine weather will always return, and spring will never fail to come

Only when we learn to channel the energy we direct towards winning over others into winning over ourselves, can we begin to develop our humanity

It is a human tendency to blame others before reflecting on oneself. But if you do, you will never find the real cause of the problem, and there will be no real improvement

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude
