Hi Everyone, Happy Saturday! As usual I feel like having a few laughs and goofing off today. In fact that is how I have been feeling for the most part all week. Sorry I did not get to posting any spiritual or inspirational posts this week, and I think someone is trying to tell me to get back on track because I just had two men with Jesus pamphlets in their hands knock on my door LOL! I had the most laughs yesterday with my grandchildren, the sound of children's laughter is absolutely the best. I am really starting to bond with Christopher in the way I have with Briana. I was worried about that because I haven't been able to drive down their house once a week like I use to, but we have managed to get together enough so he has come to really love his Mimi :) I can't believe he is already going to be a year soon, time just fly's. I wish I had some video of him too, but my droid battery won't charge!! Anyway, I hope you don't mind some more Tosh.O videos, I spent the morning looking around for some other funny ones, but IMO his still seem to be the funniest and they are short. Enjoy, and have a great Saturday :)
Thanks for visiting my blog,
Love ya,
Janet :)
Tosh shows Oprah how to do an audience giveaway LOL!
Alrighty then ladies, if that is how you feel!

Isn't She Lovely
Hello Everyone, Happy Music Monday, I hope you are all doing well and looking forward to the Holiday. I was lucky enough to have Briana over last week for her first sleepover, she was finally ready, or should I say both her and Christa were finally ready. Now that Briana is 3 yrs old she has begun to be a little rebellious LOL! (no, I am not enjoying the payback, no, not at all!) The highlight of the sleepover for me was when Briana and I were playing basketball and she said to me "Good catch Tyrone", I was in stitches laughing, like where did she get that name from?? When I said it back to her, she then informed me that she was Pablo! She is just such a funny girl, I never know what is going to come out of her mouth and I love it that way! But then in the quiet moments I can't help but look at her and think what a lovely, beautiful, God send she is, just like her mother was to me, and it brings me to tears. I am also so proud of Christa, who has grown into a lovely women and is doing an amazing job raising her family. Not to take away from Dana and Christopher who are such loves themselves, but I just wanted to dedicate this Music Monday to my precious girls who are and will always be the sunshine in my life. And as Stevie says "I can't believe what God has done", how blessed am I.

Shoot Me Please!
Hi Everyone, how are ya,I am doing good. I am excited today because I get to go babysit my grandchildren. Christa and Dana are homebody's pretty much and Briana is not ready to do sleepovers yet at my house, she will be soon, she has always snuck in her Mom and Dad's bed in the middle of the night, but now that Christopher's here they are braking that habit. So I never really get the chance to have that one on one time with Bri. I love doing things with kids like I did when I ran a daycare. We are going to build a Halloween House, make a Halloween cake, color Halloween pictures,it is like getting to be a kid again for me, gives me an excuse to play like one too. I included a link to a great website full of ideas for Halloween to do with your kids or grand kids. Being a Mimmi is so much fun, but at the same time I wonder does someone out there know I am? Is someone trying to tell me that I am old? Cause I keep getting these magazines in the mail with these products, like everyday, swear to God! When I get to this point in life and I am dependant on these every day I hope someone will put me out of my misery, shoot me please LOL! Just teasing, but seriously who wants to be reminded everyday that, ya, you are getting there, old age is just around the corner!! I really felt old when I bought Bri the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown book at the food store and said to the girl, I want to keep that for myself, I love that story, and she was like, what? she didn't get it, she didn't really know who Charlie Brown was, Wow I thought to myself, I showed my age again LOL!! Anyway have a fun Saturday no matter how old you are :)

Loved her smile :)
Hi Everyone,
I hope you are doing well, I am doing good. Three years ago today Wendy Pierce, Briana's other grandmother, lost her battle to cancer. To know Wendy was to love her. At her service there was standing room only, a tribute to her life and how she lived it. She liked everyone and everyone liked her. And on that day it really changed me, I took a look at myself and realized I needed to be more like her, and so I was blessed to have had her in my life, she made me want to be a better person, less judgmental of those around me. She believed in Angels like me and had them all over her house. She was also a survivor. She had cancer in her 40's and had to have Whipple surgery. Most people don't live after the surgery. She lived 5 yrs after that. Words can never express what it meant to have her there at Dana and Christa's Wedding, To dance that dance with her son. She adored Christa as much as I adore Dana. We had some happy times together in those few years. When Christa and Dana were expecting Briana, Wendy and I were so happy about having a beautiful grandchild together. I was looking forward to the both us spending time together with Bri. Then the cancer came back. She was on her death bed when Christa was due. As the end of her battle drew closer, Christa asked her Doctor is she could be induced a couple of days early so that Wendy could meet her granddaughter that she was so looking forward to having. The Doctor was good enough to do that. And when we called her to tell her that Briana was born she wanted to rush up to the hospital, even on her death bed, that is what an amazing, selfless person she was. Her and Briana spent 24 hours together as they laid in bed together. Wendy knew she was there and said "good job" to Christa and Dana. When I went to say goodbye to Wendy I put an Angel stone in her hand and I told her I would give it to Briana when she was older so she knows to call on you when she is in need of guidance and protection. She had it with her until she passed. One summer too it was funny, all of a sudden Briana started pointing at the Angel statues that Christa and Dana took from Wendy's house and put in their garden, she kept saying Mimi to draw my attention to them. So I took that as a sign from Wendy letting me know she is her guardian Angel and that she is watching over her. Briana does know her and every night she kisses her picture. Her legacy to me is her beautiful children, to know them is to love them too. How we all miss you so much Wendy, but we feel your spirit around us. This is the song she picked to be played at her funeral, so true to her spirit.
Thank you for reading this special post,
Love ya,
Janet :)

History Of The Kabbalah
Hi Everyone, How are ya, Last week I was in Plymouth Ma for an appointment with my counselor. She has me meeting with her once a week now that she knows what was going on with me. I don't mind either, she helps me in so many ways, especially when it comes to learning to accept life on life's terms, don't like that very much!! When I was telling her that Bri loved my Angel Wing Pendant and that I was planning on buying a little girls one for her, she told me about this store that was right in the center of Plymouth Ma that I didn't realize was there. It is called Angels by the Sea. I LOVE it, of course the store has just about everything Angel, but offers other things like Reiki classes and free events with Holistic Practitioners. I was lucky enough to find a little gold Angel Wing Pin that can be used as a Pendant to give Bri too:) I came across a book titled The Angel Bible, and of course I had to have it!! It is definitive guide for teachings of hierarchies, meditations, practical exercises, affirmations and disciplines. I would like to begin sharing some of this book with the History of Kabbalah that is deep rooted in Angel Lore. I became familiar with Kabbalah as most of us have through Madonna, and other celebrities such as Aston Kutcher and his wife Demi Moore. I hope by sharing this it helps anyone of you who are looking to learn more about Angels and different Spiritual practices. I personally am looking forward to learning more about their philosophy as I share it with all of you. As it say's below they offer great tools to use for everyday life. I will get into the tools they teach and the meanings behind them and the tree of life the next time I post about Kabbalah. In today's world I think we can all use as many tools as possible to better ourselves each and every day. One of my tools for the day is going to be a prayer. I have to go to court. I'm scared a little bit, going by myself as always, but when I feel alone and scared I hold onto my Angel Wings for a short time and I think of my Mom and Dad, I know there spirit is with me, more so on days like these, which brings me comfort. We all need to do what we need to do to get through the tough times right? And I'm going to do something that is very hard for me to do, something I have needed to do for a long time, ask for help. So here goes, If you pray today, say a little prayer for me too please:) Now that wasn't as hard as I thought, even though I added it and deleted it a few times LOL! Thank you if you do, it is much appreciated.

History of Angels in the Kabbalah
One of the richest sources of Angelic lore is derived from the Jewish mystical tradition know as the Kabbalah. Jewish folklore claims that before God created the world we live in, he taught the Kaballah to the Angels. Adam was the first man to receive these teachings, which were given to him in book form by the Archangel Raziel just as he and Eve were cast out of the Garden of Eden. The teachings of the Kabbalah were suppose to enable Adam and Eve-or at least their descendants-to return once again to paradise (paradise comes from the Hebrew word pardes meaning "orchard"). It is claimed that the book of Raziel or Sepher Raziel was therefore the first Book ever written and was extensive compendium of ancient Hebrew magical lore. The structure of existence as described by Kabbalists shows the desecending logical stages through which God brought the original divine scheme into being. Various spellings can found for the Kabbalah and these correspond with different historical periods and traditions. The expression "Tree of Life" was popularized in the middle ages. Most spiritual traditions have a "creation" story in which a creative power from another realm creates the universe. The Jewish mystical tradition of the Kabbalah is no different: God, the Divine Presence, omnipotent, indefinable and without form, manifests the world from nothing. When God created the world and made what was formless into form, the first idea created light. God then separated the light from the darkness (male/female or yin/yang) and thereby defined polarity (a relation between two opposite attributes or tendencies, ex: good and evil)
According to the Kabbalah, Angels are spiritual powers, frequencies and channels that are used like messengers between the physical and metaphysical worlds. Every angel has his own role. In Kabbalah tradition Angels called “Omdim” (Standers) as opposed to human beings who are known as “Holchim” (Walkers) based on the theory that angels don’t have a way to change their nature whilst men do. We find written in the Zohar - the main written work in Kabbalah tradition - (Kedoshim 16:108),
“.. And there is not even a blade of grass in the ground that does not have a supernal force upon it IN THE UPPER WORLDS. ..”
Ha-Ari explains there are four types or bands of Angels: These are the Four angels that are said to be the secret of upper Merkabah, and they are the root of the four essences of life. Water, Fire, Air, Earth
From those four essences come: Michael, Gabriel, Oriel, Rafael
What is Kabbalah?
Kabbalah predates any religion or theology. It was given to mankind by the Creator, without any prerequisites or preconditions. According to Kabbalistic teachings, the universe operates according to certain supremely powerful principles. By learning to understand and act in accordance with these precepts, we will vastly improve our lives today, and ultimately we will achieve true fulfillment for ourselves and for all humanity. Just as basic physical laws such as gravity and magnetism exist independently of our will and awareness, the spiritual laws of the universe influence our lives every day and every moment. Kabbalah empowers us to understand and live in harmony with these laws -- to use them for the benefit of ourselves and the world.
Kabbalah is much more than an intellectually compelling philosophical system. It is a precise description of the interwoven nature of spiritual and physical reality -- and it is a full complement of powerful, practical methods for attaining worthy goals within that reality. Simply put, Kabbalah gives you the tools you need to achieve happiness, fulfillment, and to bring the Light of the Creator into your life. It is the way to gain the peace and joy you want and deserve at the very core of your being.
Cool picture of the tree of life, don't you think :)

I Love You More
Hi Everyone,
How are ya, good I hope. I started writing Poetry when I was in my young teens. It was for me therapy. It helped me to express and be in touch with my emotions and still does today, obviously the other day I was in a pissed off mood. Words come to me easy from somewhere above I believe. I used to pretend I was taking notes in class, but I was really writing poems. Now when it gets slow at work I write poems in the photo notebook. I still have a lot of my older ones and some day I would like to publish a book. If any of you out there know an easy way to do it please let me know. On Monday I was going to go visit with Christa and Bri. I didn't feel too good, so I am going tomorrow. I am going to teach her how to Celebrate St. Patricks Day. Even though I am mostly Italian, I do have a little Irish in me. And who else better to teach her! I bought her some beer glasses and a hat and shirt. I hope to get some funny video of it. After Christa got off the phone with me Bri decided she wanted to call me. She's not even 3 yrs old yet! She has become this little girl and talks so well on the phone, no more baby:( And now when you tell her you love her, she says I love you more. Just when I think I can't love her anymore than I do, there she goes. She helped heal my ailments that day. It's 9pm and I have had 93 visitors so far today with 6 people on. Thank you all so much, I hope each and every one of you keep coming back everyday. It brings me much happiness which I especially need these past few days:)
Have a Happy Hump Day!
Janet :)
Confusion, Delusions,
State of mind, unwind
What is true, what is
untruth
What's meant to be?
Is there a Destiny?
Follow head or follow
heart, torn apart
From Sunrise to Sunset,
Some things are hard
to forget.
Lessons learned,
through pain and hurt.
Physically and Emotionally
my body aches
Rain on my face,
fiercely, not gently
Questions unanswered
leave me to imagine
Why do I do this to myself
I Prefer Heaven to hell
I am closing the door
on learning more
At least for today,
Tomorrow may lead
another way.
To happiness, knowing
no pain I pray

When I Get Where I'm Going

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are doing well, I am doing good. I wanted to write this post tomorrow but I cannot stop thinking about Wendy tonight. On Wednesday my son in law Dana will turn 30. I love him so much, he is such a good husband and father. He was his mother's only son. They were so close that I could never put it in words. She was also very close to all of her children and grandchildren. When we first met we hit it off. To know Wendy was to love her. She believed in Angels like me and had them all over her house. She was also a survivor. She had cancer in her 40's and had to have Whipple surgery. Most people don't live after the surgery. She lived 5 yrs after that. How happy were Dana and Christa that she was there to dance at their wedding. She adored Christa as much as I adored Dana. We had so many happy times together in those few years. When Christa and Dana were expecting Briana me and Wendy were in our glory about what a beautiful grandchild we would have together. Then the cancer came back. She was on her death bed when Christa was due. Her doctor induced her so that Wendy could meet Briana before she passed away. They spent 24 hours together when Briana was a day old. Wendy knew she was there and said good job to Christa and Dana. When I went to say goodbye to Wendy I put an Angel stone in her hand and said I would give it to Briana when she is older so she knows to call on you when she is in need of guidance and protection. Last summer all of a sudden Briana started pointing at the Angels that Christa and Dana took from her house and she kept saying Mimmi. So I took that as a sign that she is her guardian Angel. I also promised Wendy on that day as well that I will take care of them and make sure they want or need nothing and I am doing that. I am trying hard to take better care of myself to be here for them as well. On Dana's birthday I will buy him his favorite cake, get him what he needs. Every night Briana kisses a picture of Wendy. She always looks at the wall to the picture of the two of you. Sometimes when I am playing with Bri in front of Dana I have to hide my tears, because it is so unfair that we are not doing it together and he does not have that with you like Christa has with me. At least Bri has your hair. So a part of you physically is here with her. I hope when you got to where you were going you only know true happiness and peace. I am a better person for having you and your family in my life. Miss you so, much, This is the song she picked to be played at her funeral.
Thanks for visiting my blog,
Take Care,
Janet :)

The Best Kid Ever
Hi Everyone, I hope your doing well I am doing good. Except for the fact the Colts made it to the Superbowl and not the Vikings!!! Tiger is now up to #19 and counting, as his girlfriend said he is more a pig than a tiger!! Sex Rehab, let's get real and call it what it really is, Asshole Rehab!! Now that the Christmas season is over I have more of a set schedule and I usually have Sunday's and Monday's off. The past two days have been so fun because Briana was here. Her Dad had to fix his car in my garage. But I got to tell ya by the end of the second day I was ready for her to go home not because she was a bother, but I just couldn't take laughing anymore, between this picture and her pants on the ground performance we were in stitches and my stomach feels like I have been doing sit ups. Some of the fun of being a grandparent is watching your kid go through what you went through raising them. But I don't get that too often with Briana. Christa and Dana have lucked out when it comes to a well behaved child. Before she was two she would just start doing things on her own. One day she decided to start bringing her plate up to the sink after she finished easting. I still can't get my 16 yr old to do that. She puts on her own shoes, gets her coat, she does anything just about that you ask her to do. Recently she has started dressing herself and wanted to change her own diaper! We always play games and they are always fun, trust me teaching a kid it's mine can be a bad thing but she is nothing like that when it comes to sharing. Every time she gets a cracker for herself she gets one for the rest of us, she is always thoughtful of others and shy around people she does not see often like Scotty. After you watch these videos you will see she has a great sense of humor. She had to wear that shirt out of my laundry basket after she spilt juice on hers I was able to tie it in the back. Then she decided to imitate me after she heard me using the voice search on Google for Dolly's Daily Diary while wearing my glasses and using my Droid. This is now my wallpaper on my Droid and Computer:) She is like this on a daily basis too. Over the past two years when I needed it the most, she has breathed new life into my broken heart. The Google Droid as the kids at work say "is sick and they hate me" LOL!. I got two of them for $30 dollars with my upgrade after rebate. If your eligible for an upgrade I highly recommend getting one of these. I got the 79 dollar one and it does what the 200 dollar one does just as well. And now I can take these videos and do so much more with my cell phone. I have a 2009 Toyota Rav and it just got recalled because the accelerator has been known to stick. Mine has hesitated sometimes but never stuck and I know what to do if it happens, you just whip it in neutral. What upsets me is I let Christa and Briana drive it around while I was away because her car was having problems. Thank God nothing happened while they were driving, if something had you would have to just shoot me and dig a hole and bury me upside down so the world could kiss my ass goodbye!! On Tuesday nights they have started Entourage from the beginning, it is a great HBO series if your looking for something new to watch. It is all about the dirt that goes on behind Hollywood and don't we all love dirt. Once you start watching it you don't want to stop, sort of like the Soprano's.
