Calling All Type 4 Curlies! - Make an Easy DIY Detangling Balm!!

Detangling highly textured hair can be extremely frustrating, as well as damaging if you don't have the proper products on hand. The key to detangling your hair without experiencing excessive hair loss is to make sure the cuticles are sealed, your hair has been conditioned well, and you are using an appropriate comb [seamless comb].

Save money by creating this quick detangling balm with products that are readily available at your local Beauty Supply. To use this detangling balm; shampoo and condition hair as usual, then apply this balm as your leave in. The lactic acid from the Fermodyl will act as a natural curl relaxer softening the hair and improving combability, while the Apple Cider ensures the cuticles are closed and the hair is at the proper PH level. The Aloe Vera Gel and Conditioner included in this recipe will provide intense hydration and act as a lubricant, protecting the hair from damage while combing.

1 vial of Fermodyl 619 <<-- Found at most Sally Beauty Supply Stores
